My main/first character is an ele, created before Factions (so no legendary survivor), and she is at 28 maxed. About a third of the way through maxing party animal, but I'm mainly concentrating on getting treasure hunter and lucky maxed....should be there in two or three months.
My rit has 10 maxed (all protectors, eotn titles, canthan guardian and sunspear), and almost has the vanquisher titles (a couple of regions on each continent left). I don't think I'll be going for gwamm on him though.
The rainbow phoenix looks nice, but it doesn't have any uses for me. My ranger only has 2 maxed so far.

My main title hunter is my original ranger character that I play almost exclusively now.

I am currently at 26/30 and approaching 27 as I reached R11 Luxon at the weekend and should have that maxed in a couple of weeks.

This leaves Sweet Tooth and Party Animal that just needed some gold farmed to get, but what to do for the last one!

I'm only 4800/10000 in chests running and 1.2million/2.5million in Lucky and these are the closest ones I have left LOL.

I never got Survivor on this character as it simply didn't exist when I created him back in July 2005.

I did use the Rainbow Phoenix on my Ranger for a while, but it really is not the most attractive of pets in my opinion. I'll probably level one again for the Zaishen Zoo thing though.

Maybe there should be a Pokemon Title if you "catch em all" :-)

My main character and Title Hunter is my Paragon at 26 Titles. I went through and charmed all of Elona Animals this last week or so. I already have the Rainbow Pheonix max leveled for the Menagerie.

Right now it's on my derv, Fading Hikari. She's got R1 KOABD. I want to rework everything over to my monk but every time I see 1/54 or 1/3# for Tyria and Cantha done, I start QQing about possibily having to re-do all my vanqs and therefore keep it to my derv. Though once I finish getting Savior of Kurz and Lux, I'll go back to grinding for GWAMM. ~_~

3 titles on my ritualist (Survivor, C1/Factions missions).
And I think it's going to stay at that.

I'm title running on my Ranger and am on 23 so far.

I've got Tyria/Elonia to Vanquish which will make 26 and then its just the money sink titles ,treasure/wisdom or the allegiance ones so i doubt i'll get to 30. I'll prolly take a little break so that i can charm every pet and then see if i can be bothered with the last 2 vanquishings

All my other characters will probably get a bit more play than they've been getting for a long while now but im not going to bother with maxing any titles on them possibly with the exception of a Legendary Survivor which ive never done.

26 titles on my ranger, 13 on mesmer.
I really wish I had done all the titles on my mes, but back in the day it was impossible to get groups for missions and such as a mes (when I was your age there were no heroes!!)

My Necromancer Lady smells of Mahagony. She was created upon start of Factions. My first char was the fat Wammo to the left, who also smells - for different reasons.

Well, I got gwamm on my ele cause that was my first and favorite character. Now its pretty much a storage mule/seller except for those rare occasions when there's special drops for me to farm.

I have several characters that I build titles on. Currently I am focused on my ele - Lanfear. She is sitting at 27 titles. I'm working on farming items for drunkard, sweet tooth, and party animal, at which point she'll title max. After that I'm not sure if I'll go back to working on my monk or my necro. Not sure which.

My old Prophecies warrior was my first title hound, she missed out on survivor, but was my first Gwamm. Then a Nightfall Ele. Just finishing my LDoA Necro's Gwamm atm, 4 EotN rep titles to go. I really hope I don't do a fourth gwamm... hurry up GW2.

My koabd char is my ele. Shes r3 so far, I dunno if I'll ever reach r4 since I'm 3 titles away. She's my first char that I started in the game, so I figured she might as well be my titles char :P

My warrior/oldest/main is my main title guy, and he has 10. (4 skill hunters, 2 carto's, 2 protectors, SS/LB). Every now and then I get the bug to max a title or two, but with a brief course of antibiotics, I am back to normal again
